the advantages are; it shows the sequence of the flow of the work and it gives clarity to the performers. it specifies what is now, and what next and what is last. a detailed work structure will be shown.

the disadvantages are; all these are interlinked flows, if one task is pending or delay, it will be delay for the entire schedule time. and we can not start the second task untill the first task has completed.
