1. 3T3 fibroblast abbreviates for 3 days transfer, inoculum 3*10⁵ (which means murine embryonic fibrobalst were transferred every three days and inoculated at 3*10⁵ cells). Fibronectin is better to use to promote cell proliferation of 3T3 fibrablast.

2. Fibronectin is has better cell adhesion properties as compared to bovine serum albumin. Fibronectin is thought to advance adhesion at cell boundaries.Also fibronectin shows good spreadability of cells. Bovine serum albumin inadequately binds to fibroblast.
