Solution

If the degree on x in the denominator is larger than the degree on x in the numerator, then the denominator.

thee horizontal asymtote is y=0

Vertical asymtote at x=3---> (x-3) in denominator

Passes through (0,4)

F(x) = k/(x-3)

Find k by substituting (0,4)

4 = k/(0-3)

4 = -k/3----> k = -12

f(x) = -12/(x-3)
