Gsk3 inhibit glycogen synthase via its phosphorylation. Here, inactivation of gsk3 leads to the inactivation of phosphorylated glycogen synthase in soyabean extract food sample. So, conclusion of this experiment is soyabean extract doesnt produce diabetic condition because diabetic patient show increase in gsk3 activity not phospho gsk3 activity. Here , glycogen deposition will increase due to active form of glycogen synthase.
