I want to know how to write laboratory report for thus results.

Laboratory Report: The observed concentration of carbohydrate in the unkown sample is normal (106.7), because it is very closer to the concentration of carbohydrate in standard sample (100) and as well as this value is also not very much different from the value of concentration in control 1. Although this value is very much different from the control 2. Still it shuold be considered as normal, because this value lies between control1 and control2 and very much closer to standard value. Hence the observed concentration of carbohydrate should be considered as normal.
