About 7 weeks after conception, testosterone begins helping form male genitals. As testosterone produces, the testicles and penis grow which are termed as male sex organs. If the male hormones are not produced by the male baby, then there would be a disturbance in the development of male sex organs because the key factor for the development of male sex organ/s is the production of male sex hormone (testosterone) at appropriate levels.
