Would you expect an n or p type doped semiconductor to have higher or lower conductivity at room temperature rather than undoped (intrinsic) semiconductors? Explain why

Yes we can expect higher conductivity in doped semiconductor(p or n type) because ,doping will increase number of free electons in n type and no of holes in p type both will lead to more carriers in doped conductor than undoped (intrinsic) semiconductor which lead to higher conductivity.
