Amplitude = 10 mt
Period = 2pi/8 of wheel
Now sinusoidal function : y = 13 +10sin(2pi*t/8 +k)
at t= 0 y = 23 ; So, 23 = 13 + 10sink
sink = 1 ; k = pi/2
So, y = f(t) = 13 + 10 sin(pi*t/4 +pi/2)
