from the figure we get to know that

R_a + R_d=51-34 = 17kN

on using the free body diagram we can see that the centre part will contain 34 kN of force while 17 kN is yet to be balanced and it will act towards the point D so we can say that at support D the extra force of 17kN will be resisted by reaction at point D, therefore

R_d= 17kN

and R_a= 0 kN
