Using raptor Example Cost 035 Money given 100 Change 065 2

Using raptor Example: Cost: 0.35 Money given: $1.00 Change: 0.65 = 2 Quarters, 1 dime, 1 nickel I got it to work...but question is when its says change=0.6500 how do I take the 00 off .65?

Solution

In decimals right places 0 have no value

As in integers 02 is equal to 2

in decimals 0.6500 = 0.65

Hence 0.6500 = 0.65 = 2 quarters, 1 dime, and 1 nickel

Hope now it is clear
