What kind of door hardware passes ADA requirements?

Solution

According to ADA ( AMERICAN WITH DISABILITY ACT) the door hardware passes its requirements only if satisfied below conditions.

1. The hardware of door needs to be hold easily even with single hand only.

2. We must able to turn the handle with the minimum effort

3. The hardware must be 48 inches from the ground and as per our choice both push and lever hardware are acceptable under the ADA standards
