Calculate your percent error using Equation 1.

Solution

Since there isnt a connection between aor b or c amongst themselves the right portion of circuit is seperately operational from right portion. Therefore voltage from the battery of 10 V distributes in just 1000 ohm and 10000 ohm. V1 = 10 * 10000/11000 = 100/11 = 9.09 V
I4=0
Image is not that clear so I cant see the rightmost resistance. Lets assume it is 500 ohm. So resultant resistance in parallel = 2000/7 ohm
So Voltage V2= (2000/7)*17.5 *10^-3= 5 V

and I1 = 5/1000 = 5 mA
I2 = 5/2000 = 2.5 mA
I3 = 5/500 = 10 mA
