Why doesn\'t the experimental agarose gel look like the virtual gel generated by NEB cutter? (e.g. the virtual gel displays all of the bands, whereas the experimental only shows a few). Explain why.

The experimental agarose gel shows very few bands and does not look like the virtual gel generated by NEB cutter, in which virtual gel displays all of the gene bands. The virtual agarose gels often contain both fully and partially digested DNA sequences by restriction endonucleases whereas the virtual gel generated by NEB do not contain partially digested sequences. There is a possibility for virtual ligation and single lane per one restriction endonuclease enzyme by cutting DNA sequences using virtual restriction endonucleases
