Some times in bacterial cells they constitively express the proteins or synthesise proteins and they will all form a aggregates and they are called inclusion bodies. The inclusion bodies or proteins are generally present inside the cytoplasm and very difficult to remove or break the aggregates and a very tedious procedures are required to disintegrate the proteins and fold them in proper conformations.
