Solution
inclusions in biology means the following :
In a cell the substances present in the cytoplasm. They can be fats or lipids like fat globules, carbohydrates like glycogen or crystals from the salts, pigments or coloring substances, water containing vacoules present inside the cell and they are the byproducts of the metabolism of the cells. sometimes they serve as nutrients for the cells. Some times in bacterial cells they constitively express the proteins or synthesise proteins and they will all form a aggregates and they are called inclusion bodies. The inclusion bodies or proteins are generally present inside the cytoplasm and very difficult to remove or break the aggregates and a very tedious procedures are required to disintegrate the proteins and fold them in proper conformations.
