Where is lysozyme found in your body and how does it help to combat bacterial infections?

Solution

Lysozyme is an enzyme which destroys bacteria. It is present in human secretions like tears, saliva, mucus and milk. It is present in high concentration in the lysosomes present in the neutrophils and macrophages.
