a. The concept supply chain management enables the managers to meet the demands of the customers through maintain proper inventory and supply of products and services. Whether the organization deals with the product or the services supply chain management plays a vital role in its success. A product or service which is not delivered on correct time can make the customers unsatisfied which make the supply chain management essential.

Here the organization RTS has a information system with a main server and three service stations which enables them to perform their business operations effectively. This makes them to access and enter data, prepare bills, tracking of shipments etc. even though the organization is a service provider proper supply chain management is very essential. If any mistakes happens in the chain of business operations it can certainly affect the service delivery

b. the internet based architecture can benefit the organization RTS in many ways. Through this the staffs and the customers can track the shipments and can reduce the ambiguity. This can enhance the performance of the organization and can enhance the customer satisfactory level. The errors in any stages can be tracked easily by any one from any place.
