Sol.1). Flexural modulus is usually equal to the initial tangent modulus for a flexure bar. And initial tangent modulus is termed as the modulus of elasticity. Therefore flexural modulus is equal to the modulus of elasticity.

Flexural modulus increase with the span length to a point and then it decreases.
