Google\'s has designed program with mainly designed for to solving problem of labour shortage problem in the organization namely \"made with code\", after doing some research on this conclude that tech companies led by women will give sound profitability.

“Made with code” program completely agree that redefined for employee development to achieve more women in the workforce mainly focuses in computer science and long runs diminish possible gender biases in the organization.

This program mainly targeting the people who did not have access or the opportunity to make career in computer science, Google provide them tech-training programs. It also provide workshop that fostered student collaboration on simple coding projects. Google also gives an additional three months of free access its code school to women to increase women in the computer science and increase long visibility in the profession.
