Discuss recent evidence indicating that adipose tissue plays

Discuss recent evidence indicating that adipose tissue plays a role in the induction of inflammation. How is this mechanism associated with insulin resistance?

Include literature review sources

Solution

Adipocyte are not only storage depot for body but they having endocrine role also they regulating Physiology of body. The less amout of adipocyte leads metabolic homeostasis while large amount of fat Promote inflammation and releasing different factor that leads to insulin resistance. Insulin resistance is a fundamental aspect of the type 2 diabetes. Exercise activates the AMPK activated protein kinase which is also activating by leptin and adiponectin which reduce adipocyte and hence reducing insulin resistance possibility in the same way like the drugs used for diabetes are working.
