Method-

Zebrafish embryos will be collected at 24hpf and 48 hpf. They are fixed in paraformaldehye. The gene encoding the ABCD protien will be cloned in a vector and transcribed to DIG labelled RNA using DIG transcription kit for Insitu hybridisation in zebrafish. The RNA will be then injected into zebrafish embryoes(24 hfp and 48 hpf) and the expression pattern will be checked by development of purple colour formation when treated with AP/NBT. The RNA probe binds to the complementary sequence in the zebrafish and hybridises forming a colour which is visible under microscope
