As pressure increases boiling point of water increases at standard atmospheric pressure of 101.3 KPa the boiling point temperature is 100oC. Now if pressure is increased to 500 KPa the boiling point goes above 100oC and hence at 75oC the water is compressed liquid or saturated liquid.
