speed = 55miles / hour

angular speed = linear speed / radius

linear speed ( feet/minute ) = 4840 feet/ minute

radius( feet) = 1.833 feet

therefore, angular speed = 4840 / 1.833 = 2640.48 rad/minute

b) revolutions per minute = angular speed / 2pi = 2640.48 / 2pi = 420.46 rev / minute
