It is the manager who is accountable towards stakeholders of the company. Various stake holders like customer, suppliers, Lenders, employees, investors etc is having various type of interest in the company. For example customer supplier are concerned for timely receiving of their payments. Lenders are interested for timely payment of interest and principal, further they also want to aware healitness of the company so that they are assured that their money is secured in the company.

Managerial accounting provide all these information to managers to help them to plan and effectively manage company resources and manager analyse the data/information provided by managerial accounting and provide desired information to various stakeholders.
