Efficiency of the motor- battery = 70%

Therefore, Motor battery power / Electrical energy produced (usable) = 70 %

Therefore, Motor Battery power = 720 * 0.7 = 504 watts

1 HP = 735 watts, 25HP = 18375

Efficiency of the vehicle = 0.15

Therefore, the power consumed by the vehicle from the source is 0.15 * 504 = 75.6 watts
