1.The federal court system has three main levels: district courts (the trial court), circuit courts which are the first level of appeal, and the Supreme Court is the final level of appeal in the federal system. There are various levels of judiciary in India are the Supreme Court of India at the top, followed by High Courts of respective states with district judges sitting in District Courts and Magistrates of Second Class and Civil Judge (Junior Division) at the bottom.
