while we started our career definitely we need a support or helping hand of some one else. if it is from our superior or boss, it is good for us and to our career also. at the initial levels we should be good followers only, here we do not have any need or chance to play a leader role.
once we are we are experienced we need to play important roles in the work place. we need to resolve the issues at the work place, help and support the subordinates, providing some sort of training and mentoring from external people and sources will definitely help us. here we need to lead the people and we need to set targets and make the followers to achieve them.
the best leadership lies in between choosing the right candidates and give them free hand at work place. they will show miracles at the work and they becomes as backbones to the firm.
