Give same notes about how to get good high-freq amplifier response. (And what does \"good\' mean?) b) Do the same for good low-freq response.

Solution

Frequency response

The frequency response of a device or a circuit describes its operation over a specified range of signal frequencies by showing how its gain or the amount of signal it lets through change with frequency.

High frequency response

At high frequencies, internal transistor junction capacities do come into play, reducing an amplifier gain and introducing phase shift as the signal frequency increases., So as per the applications need for high frequency response , we have use this , so called good high frequency response.

Low frequency response

At lower frequencies the internal capacities have a very high reactance because of their low capacitance value and the low frequency value; therefore they look like opens and have no effect on the transistors performance.

As the frequency goes up, the internal capacitive reactance\'s go down, and at some point they begin to have a significant effect on the transistor\'s gain.
