Addition Rule 1:P(A or B)=P(A) + P(B)- Mutually Exclusive

Addition Rule 2:P(A or B)=P(A) + P(B) -P(A and B)-Not Mutually Exclusive.

Here we can apply:

=0.32+0.09-0.15=0.26.

P(intoxicated or accident) = P(intoxicated) + P(accident) - P(intoxicated and accident)
