Explain in detail what accounts for the strength differences between males and females.

There is a small difference in male and female.On average male is more strong than female.This difference is due to the fact that male nervous system is more active than female nervous system.It activate muscles more faster and due to this males able to generate more power.Other factor is role of growth hormone.Growth of muscle tissues is more in males in comparison to females.Due to this muscles tissue proportion males upper body is more stronger than females.Lower body have almost same strength in both males and females.
