According to section 4207, of the “Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act”, the “Fair Labor Standards Act” are implemented by the United States government to “the labour and all other employees”. This law is stating that every employers must be provided a reasonable break time (the act is protected by federal and state law) to breastfeed their children if new born is less than one year old.
