HVAC means Heating, Ventilating,Air Conditioning equipment that perform cooling and heating of small and large buildings. Small building means residential buildings and large building means commericial buildings.

There are mainly 4 important differences are there:

1) The large buildings are more powerful than small buildings:

Large buildings are having much larger spaces than small buildings, so they serves a more number of people. These lage buildings are mostly account for employees and customers during peak hours, that means it has a capability to handle so many people. So a contractor with specialized skills in technical konowledge and good experience in maintain a proper size.

2) Small buildings are Split, Large buildings are Packaged:

Generally these small buildings usually consists of 2 units: an outdoor compressor and an indoor evaporator. Un like this, most Large buildings consists of both heating and cooling into a single rooftop unit. These packaged units are having easy accessing, but repairing and to maintaining are difficult compared to small buildings. For installing and maintaining these large modular units, experience should be needed.

4) Various Locations:

The small building units typically sit next to or behind a home, this arrangement is impossible for large buildings. The size of commericial heating and cooling systems is one of the reasons that these systems are almost always housed on the roofs of large buildings.
