15 +12 > 4

12 + 3 = 15

this does not satisfy for any triangle

therefore it is not possible length of triangle

12 +15 < 30

this again not true for any triangle

therefore this cannot be possible lenght of the triangle

(D) for 28

12+15 < 28

therefore this again can\'t be possible side

therefore from above only opition A. 4 cm can be possible side
