Should organs be used that originate from other countries, where condemned prisoners may be used for their organs? What sort of moral limitations should be placed on the use of such human tissues? Think about the conditions whereby such tissues can be legitimately acquired.

No the organs should not be used from other countries where condemned prisoners maybe used for organs.The prisoners should be informed about it and asked if they want to donate organsor not.
