Adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) it is a hormone that is secreted by the pituitary gland which stimulates the adrenal cortex. So the target tissue of (ACTH) is adrenal cortex. The ACTH binds to receptors in the adrenal glands leading to the production of cortisol.

Growth hormone: it stimulates body growth by stimulating the liver and other tissues to secrete IGF-I. IGF-I inturn stimulates proliferation of chondrocytes (cartilage cells), leading to bone growth

Prolactin is produced by the pituitary gland the target tissue is mammary gland leading to the production of milk.
