Lying something is not a good habit. This verdict is related to Xavier Alverz who had given a false statement. Mr. Xavier Alverz told that he was playing hockey for Detroit Red Wings and he had also got married a starlet from Mexico. But the biggest false statement which he had given is that he had got the Congressional Medal of Honor. In the public meeting of three valley water district board, he told that he was a retired marine officer, which was false statement. He also told the respondents that he had got the Congressional Medal of Honor which was also not a true statement. His statement should dishonor towards the Congressional Medal award. The court of United States found that his false statement disrespect to those people who had actually got this award. This award is for those people in the United States who bravely fought for his country. According to the Supreme Court of United States a person who gives such type of false statement must be fined for his title, or imprisonment not more than 1 year. This is the correct judgment by the Supreme Court of United States because any people don’t have a right to dishonor such type of pride medal.
