Dr. Baker spends a long time listening to (auscultating) Caleb\'s heart. Where on the thoracic surface do you auscultate to the tricuspid, mitral (bicuspid), pulmonary, aortic valves? Where do you think would be the best place to auscultate Caleb\'s abnormal heart sound? Explain your answer. 1a- For Tricuspid thoracic surface should be between the 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th intercostal spaces at the left sternal border.For Mitral(Bicuspid) apex of the heard between the 5th and 6th intercostal spaces in the mid-clavicular line.For Pulmonary between the 2nd and 3rd intercostal spaces at the left sternal border.For Aortic auscultation between the 2nd and 3rd intercostal spaces at the right sternal border.

1b- Four major area on the anterior chest as given above should be auscultated becouse is haert is locat very near to these area.

2a-Two sounds hear in the normal heart sound “lub dub”. “ lub” first heart sound, termed as S1, it is hear at start of systole. Second,” dub” (S2), hear at end of systole. Third and fourth heart sound are S3 and S4. These also called as gallops. Gallops are week frequency sounds that produce in diastolic filling.

2b-Murmurs sound are major sound that produce by abnormal heart function,It produced by turbulent flow of blood strong enough to hear audible noise.It may be many grade according to the problme.

3a- Due to this defect blood go from the left to the right ventricle of the heart.

3b-High Blood pressure complicate the satuation due to higher blood volume transfer.
