as we know F = qE = 1.6 x 10^-19 x 400 = 640 x 10^-19 = 6.4 x 10^-17 N = (me) * a (me = electron mass)
a = F/ (me) = 6.4 x 10^-17 / 9.1 x 10^-31 = 7.00 x 10^13 m/s^2
so electron will accelerate
