duty cycle=Ton/(Ton+Toff)=0.2

frequency f=80 hertz

T=1/f=1/80=0.0125

Ton/0.0125=0.2

Ton=0.2*0.0125=2.5*10^-3

T=Ton+Toff

Toff=T-Ton=0.0125-2.5*10^-3=0.01

Ton/Toff=(2.5*10^-3)/(0.01)=0.25
