Use the formula-

We have,
C1 = 500 ng/ µL , V1 = ?
C2 = 50 ng/ µL ; V2 = 100 µL
Putting the values in above equation-

Or, V1 = (50 ng/ µL x 100 µL) / 500 ng
Hence, V1= 10 µL
