We should focus on followers because with out followes there is no leader. A leader can not be a \"leader\" if no one is following.

Also, the followes are working to become leaders on the future, they are learning as much as they can from their leader because he is some one they inspire to be some day the current leader had to pass for the same process because you need to learn to follow before you learn to lead, its like you need to learn to walk before you can run, this is the only way a leader will be a good example to the followers.

Followes constitute the complementary side of lidership because with out them there is no leader-followe relationship as mentioned before.

The authors that have focus on followers instead of leaders suggest that they are active participants in the leadership relationship and motivate themselves posited that trasformantional leadership focuses on followes as recipients of leader behavior and influences.

The followes perception and expectations of a leaders actions are generated in accordance with an attributional process and followers behavior is in reponse to their attributions about the leader
