INTRODUCTION--
Problem and purpose of study--The study of depression, anxiety after pregnanacy in self-declared races after facing cultural values bias, prevalence of congenital disorders in children and side effects of antidepressive drugs during pregnancy in various races like white, american-african ,asian and latino.
Independent and dependent variables--
Independent variables--these include age, education status, partner status, and medical aid facilities provided to children after birth, and miscarriage and diseases during pregnancy.
Dependent variables include--race, socio-economic status of race, economic distribution, thinking, behavioral and developmental status of children, career counselling, genetic counselling for marriages.
Defination of terms--
1)depressive symptoms--restlessness, loneliness, sadness, fear and lack of respect.Statistical tests are conducted called as CES-D tests on scale from 0-3.
2)sociodemographic factors--include marriages in self declared races, mixed marriages, out of religion marriages, marriages in various age groups, harrassement after marriage, iilicit affairs, extra-marital affairs.
3)racial discrimination-CARDIA tests are done on patient samples for the analysis of coronary artery.
ASSUMPTION HYPOTHESIS OR MODELS--CHI-SQUARE TEST, t-TEST, regression analysis, variance-covariance analysis, probablitity, expectation, least mean square test, KAPPA CORRELATION TEST,sigma plot, SAS statistical analysis,ANOVA ,pearson coefficients,.
THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK--depression analysis after birth of child in self declared races. These points include--1)maternal check up after marriage 2)family planning and genetic counselling for congenital diseases in children.3)breast feeding practise and weening, levels of cholesterol and colostrum in milk i.e milk quality for proteins and fats 4)sleep environment of baby and posture of baby during sleep, on lap of parents, on back of parents, in front of parents, in hands of parents, sleeping on bed.
identification of concepts to be explored--statistical depression levels, anxiety levels, congenital diseases, secretion of neurotransmitters, levels of alpha fetoprotein, juvenile diabetes, chromosomal disorders in children, health facilities during pregnancy, diet of mother during pregnancy, medicines taken during pregnancy like anti-depressants and their side effects.
Rationale for choosing work --in order to avoid cultural, socio-economic bias and racial bias after marriages in mixed races coming from various orthodox backgrounds after selling their lands, infrastructure and property. The steps should be taken to prevent communal group formation--transforming groups after migration in foreign lands, avoidance of formation of different religion sects in the community leading to discrimination in society, upbringing of child, language background of parents and children, trauma and mental stress due to crime in society.
Review of literature--1)DISCRIMINATION AND SYMPTOMS OF DEPRESSION IN PREGNANCY AMONG AFRICAN AMERICAN AND WHITE WOMEN--Renée B. Canady, PhD*.Bertha L. Bullen, PhD,.Yan Tian, MS-Womens Health Issues. 2008 ; 18(4): 292–300.
2)Disparities in antidepressant use in pregnancy-Ayae Yamamoto, ScM1,3, Marie C. McCormick, MD, ScD2,3, and Heather H. Burris, MD, MPH,J Perinatol. 2015 April ; 35(4): 246–251 .

Hayes, Van M. Ta Park, E. Hurwitz, K. M. Mitchell-Box, and L. J. Fuddy,Maternal & Child Health Journal (2010): 765-773.
proposal focus--depression after pregnancy due to congenital birth defects, side-effects of the use of anti-depressants, depression due to harrassement and humiliation due to extra-marital affairs leading to divorce, bad habits like smoking, health associated diseases not known to husband and wife, unhygeneic living habits, excess use of alcohol and stress related to work load.
primary and secondary sources--statistical scale--hassal scale, lickert scale, conflict-tactile scale, spouse abuse scale, parental abuse scale, child harrassement scale.
METHODOLOGY--
DESCRIPTION OF STUDY--clinical case study of history of patients for tobacco use, smoking, hallucinogens, alcohol toxic reagents, drug induced side effects, barbiturates and hallucinogens in patient samples, suicide symptoms, homicide symptoms, murder symptoms, anxiety, stress ,trauma, social stigma, rape ,child before marriage, abortion.
description of study design--statistical analysis tests.
inclusion of sample-- a total of 2000 sample patients were tetsted according to age, maternal socio-economic factors, nutrional value, mortality rate, growth rate,.
protection of consent of subject--identity of name of patient should not be revealed under any circumstances and proper care of patient should be taken during statistical analysis along with signature.
data analysis method--SAS,odd ratio, correlation and regression analysis, least square method, graphical method.
NURSING--1)proper care of mother during pregnancy2)use of pain killer drugs, analgesics 3)proper diet and nutrition of mother 4)hygenic environment during pregnancy and surgery 5)proper chamber for supply of oxygen to child, and pre-natal testing for congenital disease in child 6)proper facilities for breast feeding, quality of milk, suction pumps for breasts and reflex generation in mother
Yes, the mothers cultural backgroundhas an impact on the potential postpartum depression as depicted in the table above with 46%african-american, 44%latino,23%white, 28%asians.
