This may not be \"chegg appropriate\" but I an writing a paper on Ethics and I need to use APA format citation. I pulled a definition off of this site... http://www.ethics.org/?q=resource/ethics-glossary and im not sure how to cite it.
This is the paragraph:
The tone of a Code of Ethics is just as important as the content. If the code is not believable or sincere it would be nearly impossible to expect anyone to follow it or stand behind it. It’s is also of utmost importance for a tone to be Aspirational, which is defined as “A strong desire to achieve something high or great”. An aspirational code inspires and provides drive to those intended to use and live by it. It’s what drives people to perform beyond only what is expected of them.
Solution
APA citation has few rules.
In case of a single author, the last name of the author and the year of publication are inserted in the text at the appropriate point.
In the website - http://www.ethics.org/?q=resource/ethics-glossary - no author name is given.
So, this is a case of citation from website, without an author. So the format is: Article title (Year, month of publication) as retrieved from the URL.
From the URL provided by you, the citation will be: Ethics Glossary (2009, May 29), Retrieved from http://www.ethics.org/?q=resource/ethics-glossary
