1. When in parallel

Ceq = C1 + C2

Ceq = 1.37 + 5.93 = 7.3 F

Q = CV

Q = 7.3*55.5 = 405.15 C

2. when in series

Ceq = C1*C2/(C1+C2)

Ceq = 1.37*5.93/7.3 = 1.11 F

Q = CV

Q = 1.11*55.5 = 61.605 C
