What are some challenges an individual with a visual or hearing disturbance migh have meeting their needs at each of the three higher levels: Love and belonging needs, Self-esteem needs, and Self actualization needs?

1.love and belonging needs:The indivisual with visual and hearing distrubance may seem to be left out and people might not treat them the same way like they do others.They can feel unloved at times due to neglection.

2.Self-esteem:The self -esteem can suffer as people and co-workers may not support their thinking and may not give them more work due to their problem.This can hamper their ego in a big way.

3.Self-actualization:The goals and aims of such a person may suffer as they might not be able to express themselves due to their impairment..They might not be able to do what they want at work.
