Solution

1. Hexokinase:

It catyalyses the phosphorylation reaction of Glucose and helps in conversion of Glucose to Glucose 6 phosphate. Hexokinase requires bivaleng magnesium ions as cofactors.

2. Phosphohexose isomerase:

As the name suggests,. this emzyme catalyses the isomerization reaction of glucose to fructose. this is a rearrangement reaction in which 6 carbon sugar (glucose ) is converted to a 5 Carbon sugar (fructose).

3, Phosphofructokinase 1

Like hexokinase, this enzyme also catalyses the phosphorylation reaction. As a result fructose 6-Phosphate is converted into Fructose 1,6-bisphosphate

4. Aldolase

Aldolase catalyses the conversion of 6 carbon fructose 1,6-bisphosphate into two three carbon compounds,DHAP and Glyceraldehyde 3 phosphate. with this step the first phase of glycolysis ends.

5.Triose phosphate isomerase

This enzyme is helpful in reversible conversion of DHAP and G3P. so this is an essential enzyme by which, 2 molecules of G3P is produced by one molecule bof glucose

6. GAPDH

This catalyses the conversion of G3P into bisphpsphoglycerate. its co substrate is NAD +.

7. Phosphoglycerate Kinase:

Catalyses teh reversible conversion of 1,3-bisphosphoglycerate into 3 phosphoglycerate and ATP molecule is formed from ADP.

8. Phosphoglycerate ,mutase: IT HELPS IN THE TRANSFER OF PHOSPHATE GROUP and also prepares the cell for the synthesis of ATP.

9. Enolase : It dehydrates the Phosphoglyucerate into Phosphoenol pyruvate.

10. Pyruvate kinase: Phosphoenol pyruvate is converted to pyruvate and AP molecule is generated.
