Na+(sodium) concentration will likely to increase inside the cell if the ATP production was inhibited because Na+ - K+ pump requires ATP for its working , if ATP production is stopped then the pump will stop working and Na+ will not be able to move out of the cell and will accumilate inside the cell it will result in swelling of the cell and ultimately the cell will burst.
