Telomeres are the very end part of the chromosomes or the capped region of chromosomes with the repetitive nucleotide sequences TTAGGG. Sheltering protein complex helps telomere from being repaired. The 3\' single strand telomere end forms a T-loop and it  enclose in the double stranded DNA.
