A is the drawing of green ball from a box ith 5 balls

If there are say a green, and b red balls then a+b =5

P(A) = a/5

If ithout replacement of first ball next ball is dran p(r) = (drawing one red from remaining a-1 and b balls)

= b/a+b-1 =(5-a)/4

Hence these are not independent.

But if with replacement then both would have been independent.
