I have some questions about Macroeconomics. I want some professional tutors help me solve them.Please give me detailed solutions. Thank you!

Solution

k(t)=sf(k(t)- (n+g+$)k(t)

Therefore,

dk/dt= 1-(n+g+$)

(a) Substituting

c*= 1-(n+g+$)- (n+g+$)k*

= 1+2kn+2kg+2k$

c*= 1/2 (1/2+kn+kg=k$)

But c*= 1/2 f (k)

LHS=RHS

(b) Given,

c*=1/2 f (k)

= 1/2 x 2/5 = $f(s)

Hence proved
