For the circuit below, Calculate the value of R_C in order to make v_0 = 0 V when v_i = 0 V. Find v_0 when v_i = 1 mV sin (omega t). h_fe = h_FE = 100, alpha = 1, V_BE(ON) = 0.6 V

Solution

1) Rc = R4//R5 + R1//R2

= 1.97 Mohm+50 kohm

= 2020 kohm

2) Vo = (Rc//R6) + R4//R5 + R1//R2 * I

= 150 V
